BEEF KIBE (Pack of 4)

Kibe (pronounced kee-bee) are rugby ball shaped oven baked croquettes of beef and bulgur wheat, seasoned with garlic, onions, and mint, and eaten as a snack in Brazil. They are of Lebanese origin where they are made with ground lamb but in Brazil, typically they are made with ground beef. Kibe is served with lime wedges, chile or yogurt sauce for dipping, and traditionally, cold beer or a fresh juice.
