MORE! MAIS!

BRAZILIAN DELICACIES

We are a Brazilian-British-Australian family living in the beautiful Vale of Belvoir in Nottinghamshire. During lockdown we started to cook our favourite Brazilian delicacies and to share them with our village neighbours. Buoyed by the positive feedback and calls for "more!"  (or "mais!" in Brazilian Portuguese) we decided to bring these typical Brazilian tapas to local markets in Nottinghamshire, so Salgados was born.

Salgados is Brazilian Portuguese for "savoury snacks and pastries" and are a popular part of daily life for Brazil's population of 210 million. Salgados are typically enjoyed with a fresh juice, an ice cold beer or a caipirinha, a delightful cocktail made from fresh lime and sugar cane rum.

FRESHLY HANDMADE

WITH LOCALLY SOURCED INGREDIENTS

At Salgados everything is handmade fresh and with our personal care and attention.
We use locally sourced ingredients from neighbouring farms wherever possible, herbs from our garden and organic eggs from our happy hens. Our Salgados can be purchased ready to eat or to take home and freeze for a future BBQ, drinks party with friends and family, or as a special treat for someone's lunchbox or office function.

Find us at one of our market locations, pickup from our door,
or order on-line and see what we’re all about!
